Shipping:
Mason & Matisse ships to the USA and Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties/taxes incurred. We are happy to ship most of our products to any location in the world. Please select International Shipping as the shipping method when placing your order online. The shopping cart will generate an estimated shipping cost, and we will contact you with any adjustments to the shipping charge before your order is processed. Mason and Matisse ships by weight through US Priority Mail and UPS. Customers will be notified of any changes in shipping costs prior to their order being shipped.
We will ship most orders within one week of placing your order with Mason & Matisse; unless items are out of stock or being shipped directly from the manufacturer. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York. All domestic orders are sent by UPS unless going to a PO or APO address. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional delivery time and charge ($10.00 to $25.00 depending upon the ship method). If this causes you any inconvenience please contact us and we will work with you to arrange special shipping.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are determined by your merchandise weight and shipping address. Some large items have an additional freight surcharge to cover additional shipping costs.

Orders placed Friday after 12:00 p.m. (EST), will not be processed until the next business day. Orders will ship within one week after processing for all in stock items.
Sales Tax:
Residents of New York will be charged the 8% sales tax.
Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges must be received within 10 days. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging (not the original shipping container), with tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Strollers, cribs, and large furniture sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective).Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.Furniture Orders:
Although some smaller furniture items such as rocking chairs can ship via UPS or Federal Express, most of our cribs and larger furniture is shipped via a freight carrier. If your order is shipped via freight carrier you will be contacted before delivery is attempted to arrange a delivery time - you must be present at the time of delivery. Whenever possible, we arrange for the delivery driver for items to be delivered to the inside of your home. Where/when this is not possible the driver will deliver the item curbside; you can work out delivery details with the freight company handling your order.
Receiving Furniture Orders:
Customers must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for delivery. Our manufacturers take great care in packaging products to ensure safe transport. Although items are packaged properly, transit-related damage can occur. When an order arrives, it is imperative that it be inspected carefully and that any damage to the order and/or to the packaging materials be noted on the delivery receipt. Shipping documents should not be signed without recording details of transit damage. (For example: the furniture is scratched, dented, cracked; the fabric is torn; the box is crushed on the top corner, punctured, or wet.) Damages must be reported to Mason & Matisse at the time of delivery. We will not be able to place a claim or work with you to replace damaged items if damage is not noted at time of delivery. Customers should retain all packaging until furniture has been fully inspected.
Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel a recent order, please email us as soon as possible to orders@masonandmatisse.com and if your order was not processed (usually within a day), we will happily cancel your order. If the order has processed or shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
Corrections & Pricing Policies:
The information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
